UOL Group Limited
UOL Group Limited is a prominent Singapore-listed property and hospitality group with a history spanning over six decades. Founded in 1963 as Faber Union Limited, the company was renamed United Overseas Land Limited in 1975 following the acquisition of a controlling stake by United Overseas Bank. Singapore Land
Singapore Land Group Limited is a leading Singapore-listed real estate company with a rich history dating back to 1963. It was originally incorporated as Singapore Land and Investment Company Limited, one of Singapore’s first public-listed property developers. In 1990, it was acquired by United Industrial Corporation Limited (UIC), which was later renamed SingLand in 2021 to reflect its ongoing legacy of shaping Singapore’s urban landscape. SingLand is a subsidiary of UOL Group Limited.
The group focuses on developing and managing a diversified portfolio of prime commercial offices, retail spaces, residential properties, and hotels. It owns and manages a substantial portfolio of commercial assets valued at around S$9.3 billion, encompassing approximately 5.1 million square feet of net lettable area across 13 commercial and integrated properties. For FY2025, the group reported revenue of S$783.1 million and net profit attributable to shareholders of S$272.3 million.

Kheng Leong Company (Private) Limited
Kheng Leong Company (Private) Limited, often referred to as Kheng Leong Co., is a Singapore-based private investment and property development group. Incorporated in 1949, it originally started as an international commodity and spice trading company before evolving into a diversified investment entity focused on real estate development and commercial investments. The company is part of the Wee family’s business interests (linked to United Overseas Bank) and maintains a strong emphasis on creating timeless, high-quality residential properties.
Kheng Leong has developed a diverse portfolio of residential projects in Singapore, ranging from luxury condominiums and landed homes to more accessible mass-market developments. Notable projects include Meyer House, 15 Holland Hill, The Nassim, Principal Garden, and joint-venture developments such as Skye at Holland (with UOL Group and Singapore Land Group) and AMO Residence.
